About Ashley

I'm Ashley Sayers, an IBCLC, Indigenous full-spectrum doula, and childbirth educator with more than 18 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, birth, feeding, postpartum, and early childhood.

​

My lactation experience spans high-volume Baby-Friendly hospital care, outpatient and telehealth practice, NICU and preterm feeding, complex feeding concerns, and specialized cleft lip and palate support.

 

Today, I bring that experience to families in Bemidji and surrounding communities through individualized lactation care, doula support, childbirth education, and continuity of care.
